1. Description of Service

BigPlay is an IPTV player application for iOS and Apple TV. The App allows you to connect to your own IPTV service providers and stream content through their servers. BigPlay is a player application only — we do not provide, host, or distribute any media content.

2. User Responsibilities

By using BigPlay, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for providing your own IPTV service subscription from a third-party provider
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you access through your IPTV provider is legal in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the App to access, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

3. No Content Provision

BigPlay does not provide, curate, host, or have any control over the content available through IPTV providers. We are not affiliated with any IPTV service provider. The App is a tool that connects to services you configure, similar to a web browser connecting to websites.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of BigPlay and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the BigPlay name, logo, or branding without written permission

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content accessed through the App

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenue
• Service interruptions or content unavailability
• Any issues arising from third-party IPTV services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services including:

• IPTV Providers: Services you configure to stream content. We have no control over these services.
• TMDB:Used for content metadata. Subject to TMDB’s own terms of service.
• Apple iCloud:Used for syncing app data. Subject to Apple’s terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.

8. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall prevail with respect to App Store-related matters.

9. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

BigPlay offers optional premium subscriptions (“BigPlay Pro”) available as:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• One-time lifetime purchase

Payment & Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free Trial

• If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and limited to one per Apple ID

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified in advance and must agree to the new price to continue your subscription.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
